HOW IS IT 2018 ALREADY?

Hello Lovelies,

Lately I have been particularly busier than usual, with working my new job, improving my health through fitness and lifestyle and of course, my blog. Throughout the coming year, in 2018 I want to work exceptionally hard on these three things in particular for a sense of personal success.

Work

Currently experiencing the first stages of being out of school and now committing to a job and other responsibilities, this year in particular I want to work on myself and strive to achieve my goals, ambitions and complete my list of resolutions for 2018.

This year I want to pursue my career in firstly working tirelessly at my current job to improve my skills and knowledge, which will evidentially benefit me for my upcoming course. Working where I am at the moment is what I am considering as to myself, a learning curb and stepping stone, something I am enjoying a great deal and am taking all the knowledge I can from the career that will be of benefit in the next career I want to pursue as I enter the world of independence and what not.

 Health

Over the past year something that I have struggled with considerably, has been my health, in and out of doctors appointments, hospital visits, blood tests, other tests, the not so fun ones and so on. This year in particular I want to get to the bottom of my health issues and boost my immune system so it is stronger and will prevent things from walking past someone and then picking up a cold which turns into something worse.

As a kid and growing up now as a young adult I have always struggled with having a weak immune system, so for 2018 my main focus is to tackle my immune systems weaknesses and do whatever I can to boost it whether it’s from vitamins or diet or fitness. Since the age of fifteen I have always kept to a strict eating plan based on health food and mainly eating salads and vegetables, whole grains, fruits and health food products such as protein powders, cacao powders and nibs etc. I usually work out at least 3-4 times a week but lately having my health took another turn I havent been as consistent so I want to get outside more, go for a walk once a day, or a run, go down to the beach and walk, jog or run along the beach front and get some quality amounts of vitamin D.

I want to really figure out ways that I can improve my health and wellbeing my boosting my immune system and overall health in the fact that I continue to eat healthy and live a healthy lifestyle by aiming to work out 4 times a week and drink ample water as usual.

 Blog

I started my blog when I was in grade 10, since then it has been deleted many times, had several name changes, had several different themes and had several different blog posts, but that is all changing this year, I recently started this blog last November and to my surprise it has actually grown a significant amount for the fact that it has only been up for around two months a half. This year however, I want to really take my blogging to the next level, with three posts a week, sometimes four depending if I change the amount or days, improve my photography skills and enhance my photos, use different props, create aesthetics and bring out new content every single week.

I want my blog to grow into what I have always wanted it to be and that is my goal this year, it has kept me busy working out all the small details of how to increase it here and there but I love getting to sit down each day and bring something new to it that wasnt there before. Also it wouldn’t be able to have grown the way it did in the last two and a bit months if it wasnt for you my lovelies with the ongoing support, follows, likes, comments and sense of community so thank you!
