Hello Lovelies,

January flew by quicker than I thought it would, I blinked and now its February. I feel like everyone is a little happy about the fact that the first month of the new year is over, no more stress of getting back into a routine and trying to resettle into that new year feeling of what day is it, what year is it and what am I doing with my life? Basically how we all feel from Boxing Day to Janaury. Now that Febuary is here you can relax a little more, feel a little more calm about your surroundings and where you at and start to really think about your goals for the month. This month just feels like a fresh start with good vibes on the way, I am getting organised, working on being stress free and finally getting into a routine that works for me.




February Goals

1 | Read more before I go to bed, at least try to read a few pages or a chapter of a book each night before I go to bed.

2 | Get into a better sleeping habit, go to bed at a reasonable time and wake up when my alarm goes off rather than hitting the snooze button.

3 | Start going for morning or afternoon walks either by myself, with Anthony or taking my dog for a walk.

4 | Start my own garden patch full of succulents or fresh flowers.

5 | Buy fresh flowers each week to brighten up my room a little more.

6 | Drink a cup of green tea when I wake up and when I go to bed.

7 | Work on my blog daily, do a week of continuous blogging sometime in February, work on improving my blog page.




8 | Plan more coffee dates with friends, get out of my comfort zone and be a little more social, live by #actconfidentandnoonewillquestionyou.

9 | Buy more canvas’ to paint on, continue doing more canvas’.

10 | Get back into the swing of going to dance class every Thursday.

11 | Star

t planning out when to apply for my college course and work out the important dates.

12 | Get back into the kitchen and start cooking more for my family and loved ones, experimenting with new recipes.

13 | Enjoy the little things like spending afternoons with Anthony, going to coffee with mum and pottering around painting, working on my blog, growing my garden and going to dance class.

14 | Spend Valentine’s Day with Anthony, filled with love, laughter, giggles, cuddles and fun.

    ive been reading a lot more this year as well, was one of my resolutions that i’ve managed to stick to! do you have any book recommendations?

    ps. never underestimeate the power of walking…i bloody love it. clears my head and i love the fresh air!

      So true about the walking and I suggest The Art of Wellbeing by Meredith Gaston and All The Bright Places by Jennifer Nivens xx
