If you are like me, when it comes to planning your week, sometimes it can be anything but productive or successful with all the appointments, tasks and so on. But then I started doing these three things and since then I have been having weeks still hectically busy, yet much more calm and productive. Here are my top 3 no-fail ways to plan your week, I hope some of these work for you lovelies!
1 | Daily To Do List
Every day I write myself a to do list, starting from the most important tasks to the least important, I tick these off throughout the day when each task is done so that I know what I have left to do and don’t become overwhelmed with my work load. Writing to do lists are so useful because you plan out your whole day it dot point form, allowing you to prioritize your day and tick of tasks as you go along.
2 | Schedule Appointments In A Weekly Planner Or Diary
Having a weekly planner or diary is the handiest stationary to have on your desk or even on your bedside table, I use a weekly planner and yearly diary every single week. Planners are the most productive way to plan out your schedule and appointments, planning out your week on paper gets it out of your mind and onto the paper, this helps you become calmer for the week knowing what is ahead which will increase the ease of a good nights sleep.
3 | De-clutter And Clean Your Home & Work Space
The best thing for a productive week is to on each Sunday or day off before the start of a new week, is to de-clutter and clean both your home and work space. De-cluttering and tidying up your work space, puts your head in a clear mind frame, putting you straight into a positive mindset for the day of work ahead, for the most productivity and success it is always a good idea to do a little tidying of both your home and work space either after work or each night so that you are walking into a clean room the next day.
